I went to Foshini on Saturday too buy Clinque products however they were all out of the Clinque CC Cream in Light Medium, i was told to call on Monday to find out when they would have stock. I then waited till today and have been trying to get Foshini Menlyn to answer from 10am this morning on 0123689690/99 but guess what no reply not even once. How much more disgusting can service get. I then went about calling all the Foshinis in JHB and Pretoria just to find out that none had excepting Greenstone where a lovely lady by the name of Petunia took the time out to go and look and tell me that she had 3 in stock and she could keep me one, she even went the extra mile of going to tell me which stores in JHB had. The only inconvenience is that Greenstone is 45km's away from me and they close at 6. Whereas Menlyn closes at 7 and is 20kms from me. I think and feel that Foshini Menlyn needs to jack up their service and at least go the extra mile. They could have called other branches and found out who had and have one delivered to Menlyn for me. However they advertise but have no stock how do you understand that. Its disgusting really.
