First, I would like to thank Hellopeter for affording us this platform on which to extend our compliments and complaints to service providers.
During my recent visit to South Africa with my family we had the opportunity on the 7th of August 2013 to visit Clearwater shopping complex for shopping and we were treated to a rare excellent quality of service at Truworths by a lady only known to us as Clementine. Beside being courteous and patient she made us feel like kingly customers. Not only was the service efficient, it was also professional.
She understood we were in a hurry and the went out of her way to assist us in a manner we felt understood, respected and appreciated as customers. She really made our shopping a pleasure.
To Truworths I would like to extend my appreciation in the manner they train their personnel to handle customers with that personal touch that left us determined return for shopping at the earliest opportunity.
