I worked for jet many years ago, and resigned in november 2007. I now find myself 39wks pregnant and have tried to make my application for maternity benefits at the Dept of Labor. I called the H.R call center and the person was helpfull and gave me the above ref number. She said that the document I require would be emailed to me within 48hrs. This has however not happened. I spent 2hrs this morning trying to call the call center number to no avail. And doing this from a cellphone. I called the headoffice dept, and the ladies that work there are so stroppy, or full of attitude. All I wanted is someone who will assist me, as I'd like to sort this out before the baby arrives. Three ladies transfered me to incorrect dept, and one lady Pravina was especially rude. No one is still answering, and two ladies tranferred me to while I was speaking to someones voicemail. I sent my details on the contact screen on the website, spoke to some manager called Shana and still no response. Its sad that this is the reception that one gets from such a big company. And all I want is the form.
