This is not the first "advertising" company that contacted me with the same story that is why I right this mail now. I was called by Craig three weeks ago saying that he want to send me the renewal form for our online advert that we placed last year. I proceeded to give him my email adress which he then mailed this form to. They have phoned about 10 times since to find out whether I have completed the form and it's urgent cause the directory is going live the end of the month. This is off cause bull. Today when They called me again i asked for the URL of our advert that was placed last year (this was apparently for free) and questioned why all the info on their so called data base is wrong. If we placed an AD with them last year this information would be correct. They hung up on me...
These people try to you into buying advertising with them at R295/month for a 12 month period on their e-directory that doesn't exist. If it did why did they hung up on me?
I am so annoyed about people trying to you into buying stuff from them. I would love to take this further as this is in my opinion.
If anyone reads this and can assist me in taking it further it would be great.
