I will start off by saying that the service from Takealot is normally superb, but this time you have been let down by your courier service. I contacted Mr Delivery and arranged a delivery to my place of work as that is where I am during the day, the end of the day arrives and no parcel. I then check with Mr Delivery to see if maybe there is a problem but no they have already delivered it to a Mr. Nkosi (this is what I heard over the phone I could be wrong). I checked with the CCTV team and no Courier service showed up. i have contacted the couriers and they are investigating it, but i thought I would let you know as this kind of service most definitely discourages me or any of my work colleges from doing any sort of high value purchases from you guys @ Takealot. please get these guys in order as i have shopped with you guys before and this has never happened.
