I received notification that my parcel from Takealot is on its way, and at the bottom of the mail there is a heading "What do i need to accept my shipment? " The answer: "All that is needed is someone at the address you have supplied to receive your parcel" but when the courier phones to confirm delivery, they tell you the recipients ID or drivers licence must be produced. Ive arranged for my parcel to be delivered at my in-laws as im currently out of town, but didnt leave identification, so (once again) delivery is going to be a lroblem. This is the second time im complaining about this. I dont want a call from Takealot, i want Takealot and their courier to say the same thing with regards to what is needed to receive your parcel! I do not want to deal with this very same issue again in future.
