No response from 1st complaint since 25 Nov 13

The last response i received from Nashua Mobile on the 25th Nov '13 advising me that an agent will contact me and to date nobody has contacted me. It is already almost Weeks since i logged this complaint. This is unacceptable service from Nashua Mobile and i also noted on mt Trans-union report that there is 2 accounts loaded and none of them is mine. I would like immediate response to both complaints logged as i am not going to pay for something that is not mine. I will NOT be impressed if there is a judgement loaded against my name. This is now 4 months and still not resolved. What more does Nashua want me to give to them to prove this is not me I even gave a case number for the girl who was arrested in PINETOWN. This is now becoming ridiculous. I also want the person who verified the applications taken to task.
