I order clothing from Time Clothing East London in February 2013. After numerous e-mails and phone calls i received no feedback and no interest in sorting this out. I eventually decided to put my grievance on Facebook and e-mail it to Time Clothing East London. Eventually i got a call from Tony Wessels and he promised it would be sorted out very shiftly, however, after me asking about the delivery they said the reason i did not get the package was it was not paid for yet. I said my concern was that i would not get the package and then it would have been paid for. He promised to send it, which he did, however when i received the package, no suprise, the order was incorrect. I e-mailed him and phoned, leaving a message - NO RESPONSE - i even phoned and asked to speak to the MD twice, every-time he was not available and they would give him a message! As to date, no response at all!
I knew i should not have paid before i received the package, however, i went against my instinct!
Now they ignoring me!
