Last week I spoke to a very helpful gentleman in your customer care regarding my pregnancy and the procedures to follow. He was kind enough to tell me about your Mom 2 be programme and where to sign up. I immediately tried to sign up, while on the phone with him, but I could not as it was giving me an error that said I need to be female to sign up (FYI, I am female and registered as one with Medihelp)
Well that was the end of the help from the gentleman, he could not tell me how to fix the problem.
I have since sent two emails to your customer care and have not received any response.
Please can someone sort this out asap? I would really like to use the service provided
