I bought a jacket on Wednesday at Trappers Brits Mall that was on sale. I said to the assistant that I think it looks too small but he said I can buy it and if it is too small they will refund me. The jacket is for my husband. He tried it on the same evening and it was too small so I returned it the following day (about 12 o'clock).
The cashier told me that he will refund the credit to my card. Only afterwards he told me that it will take a day to show in my account. Today is Saturday already and no money! I phoned trappers Brits and spoke to Gerhard. He asked me what bank I'm with and when I told him FNB he said it will only show next week sometime. This is unacceptable. They should've told me that beforehand. It is very unprofessional and u unfortunately Trappers won't see me again in the near future.
