I bought myself a pair of leggings the other day and on the way to campus I realised that there is a hole in them, having worn the item I understand that the return policy may be void.
I sent a message to the customer service line, enquiring about the policy, and just got a automated response. I sent the email on July 30th it is now August 2nd. I am still awaiting a reply.
This is honestly rubbish, I hate bad service and I hate paying for clothes on a student budget and getting clothes in return. I am incredibly irritated.
Disappointed.
