My credit record impacted even though I paid?

Hi

I paid my edgars account a few days late - I did call and notify Edcon that it was going to happen and the lady said it is fine as long as I pay it. Today I pulled my ITC report and it shows my account is in arrears by 30days? Can you please sort this out as it is obviously wrong and it is now negatively impacting on my credit rating!
