Worst bank EVER!!!

I thought I was happy with FNB until today, I had the worst experience with FNB ever!

Last month my account went into arrears for some reason. I dont have an over-draft facility on my account so if there is no monies in my account surely they will decline the transaction, which didn't happen.

So I saw later that my account was in arrears by R 246, 39, and they charged me an incidental credit fee of R 57. This i could accept, obviously i have to pay this. So when my salary came in on the 30th of Jan, obviously they deducted it from my account and I was still fine with that.

When I pulled my statement today I saw that there has been another incidental credit fee of R 57 - but this time there was still more than enough money in my account, I'm keeping a closer eye on it because I didn't want to let this happen again.

I phoned FNB call centre and the "LOVELY" mr Nelson Mika kept telling me that it only went through once. Now I am not flippen stupid! I can see it went off twice! he kept telling me the same thing for 20 minutes before I hung up, highly furious!!!

FNB YOU NEED TO WAKE THE *^%$ UP!!! YOU!!!

I expect someone to call me and sort this out SOON!!!
