I would like to thank Mr Leon Opperman for his quick and expedient reply and attention to my plea of "Seriously" - a complaint I had made against Makro Vaal.
He has shown me that although some of his staff needs to be send for customer care training - he is still keeping that great spirit alive and in that still keeping Makro's name high.
Again - Thank you mr Leon Opperman - and I apologies for taking this long to upgrade this complaint to compliment.
