Refuses to take back product incorrectly supplied

DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOZONE, THEY SUPPLY INCORRECT PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK, the product was a high value item, and returned in a SEALED, UNALTERED, UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED BOX the same way it was recieved. Autozone are liars and will mess you around to no end. Derek Lappin is the financial director who instructed the branch not to take any returns on high value items - beware do not purchase from autozone you will loose your money! MIDAS is a much better company to deal with, their customer service and friendly attitude toward customers is welcoming and they are always willing to help. Autozone act, and about everything. Their financial director makes up stories in responce to complaints, and refuses to take the blame for any wrong doing on Autozones part. totally disgusted with the attitude and lack of customer focus and service -- just look at all the complaints about Autozone on hellopeter and other web sites, no wonder these complaints increase daily. I will be going through the consumer council and taking this matter further!
