During the course of June and July I have experienced severe harassment from SSD&Associates, a legal firm based in Randburg.
Over this period they have sent me 4 emails and phoned me 3 times. I have promptly responded to each communication (by email or fax) to point that I have paid the amount of R70 and submitted the documents as instructed by the SABC in February with regard to my status as pensioner. I attached copies of the documents I submitted to the SABC. Despite this they still continue with their harassment and have not acknowledged receipt of any of my communications.
I have phoned the SABC TV Licences on three occasions inquiring about my account and bringing to their attention the unacceptable conduct of their Agent, SSD & . They replied that I do not need to do anything as they will inform SSD. However, I have again received a threatening email from them on 31 July 2013.
I make this public statement on Hello Peter as yet another attempt to bring it to the attention of SSD& that I have fully complied with all instructions and guidance given to me by the SABC. I request them to please contact the SABC.
