I cannot believe this is still going on, my item was returned to Homechoice on January 3 2013. I have now provided a parcel number obtained from the post office, but still they continue to pester me and have now been informed that the account has been handed over to VVM attorneys.
Homechoice, your customer service stinks, your products are below standard and all in all your company is a huge farce in my opinion. You only have to look on this site at all the bad reviews and dissatisfied customers to know I am not the only one who feels this way.
