The service I got from Pick n pay Northgate is so pathetic. In middle May I took my TV for repairs with them cause I bought it with them last year June. After a week I called they told me Hisense 55 inch can't fix the TV without proof of purchase, I lost my invoice. The person I spoke to regarding the matter said it was not a problem as they have records. I took the TV in and it stayed there for almost 2months because they said they not finding any proof of purchased. I then decided to go and check it my self, guess what, it only took me less than an hour to find the proof my self. The response I got was, we're did u find that? After being accused of not paying for the TV. I felt I was treated unfairly because of my skin colour. I had to do their jod to have my TV fixed because I had lost my Receipt and it was not their problem. Carrianne was the worst of them all, arrogant and bad attitude towards customers. I'm just grateful we found the receipt or we would be paying. Because some1 else is not doing his or her jo
