PREVIOUS REPORT DATE: 26 JUL 2013. IMPRESSIVE! AN HOUR AFTER MY HELLO PETER REPORT I GOT A CALL FROM G&R CUSTOMER SERVICES. SUDDENLY THEY HAVE STOCK, BUT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING IT AT THE SECUNDA BRANCH BY TUESDAY. I AGREED TO GIVE THEM UNTIL TUESDAY OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK. AGAIN WE SPOKE TO THE BRANCH MANAGER YESTERDAY. AGAIN WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK. HOW IS IT THAT THEY CAN SELL A PRODUCT WITHOUT STOCK? FROM THE START WE WERE BROUGHT UNDER THE WRONG IMPRESSIONS, BEING TOLD THAT WE CAN GO ON WITH THE SALE AS THEY HAVE STOCK AND THAT WE CAN EXPECT DELIVERY BY THE NEXT TUESDAY. AGAIN AND AGAIN WE WERE TOLD THAT WE SHOULD EXPECT DELIVERY. AND AGAIN LAST WEEK FRIDAY WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT STOCK JUST CAME IN AND THAT WE CAN EXPECT DELIVERY BY TUESDAY. AND AGAIN WE WERE TOLD YESTERDAY THAT THIS PRODUCT IS STILL OUT OF STOCK. UNBELIEVABLE? REALLY? WHERE DOES IT STOP? I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FRON GEEN & RICHARDS SECUNDA. THEY DO DISHONEST BUSINESS AND JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SORTING OUT THE PROBLEM AT HAND. WE CONTACTED OUR ATTORNEY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE AND DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK!
