Awful Service!!!

I brought my cousin's camera to be repaired at Foto First Clearwater early November 2012. I collected the repaired camera and paid upon receipt of the camera early December 2012. Fast forwad to today, 26 January 2013, I went to Foto First Clearwater today because they called during this past week to tell me that they do not have my proof of payment for the camera. I told them I'd look for the receipt. They must have called at least 20 more times and left voicemails because I am at work during business hours. So I went to see them today to find out what the story is and they said they can't find any proof that I paid when I collected the camera. How the would I have gotten the camera if I didn't pay?!! They accused me of the camera because they can't find payment proof and I didn't keep the receipt. The arrogant brunette girl there was beyond rude and didn't even care about what I have to say. Because of the incompetence and the negligence of the staff I am made to suffer, I asked them to review their CCTV footage and they said they don't have time to do that. What on earth is the purpose of the CCTVs if not to find proof. I am beyond disappointed and upset.
