I walked in to Dion Wired quite irritated as my Microwave had just blown up. After some questions to a young sales member I requested the Manager.
Thank you for taking the time and effort in satisfying all my questions and valuing customer service by going the extra mile in explaining other products and features that I needed to know as well.
