Whats the point of an online shop?

I registered to purchase items online on [URL Removed] I updated all my details and tried to link my Thank U card to the system. Nothing happened so I called the helpdesk number on the website on 0860777289 and got transferred around to 3 other people all whilst waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. In fact, Im writing this report while stil on hold waiting to speak to the 4th person! 31/07/2013 (1:38pm) Seriously! A simple thing! I need to link my account in order to pay online but thanks to you totally incompetant staff, I cannot do that. No one knows how to do a simple thing! Im still on hold by the way and Im about to put the call down because I'm sick of waiting and listening to the stupid jazz music you guys are playing!
