I recently bought a TV from House and Home Richardsbay. After weeks of waiting due to a series of events they finally delivered the TV. When I opened the TV to assemble it I discovered that not only were some of the screws missing but the TV had been previously used as the manual and the plastic containing the remote had previously been opened.
I called House and Home regarding the matter and they said they would come have a look at it and pick it up to replace it. When I called them when they did not pitch up they put me on hold till I hung up.
I am very dissappointed at not only their service but also their response to customer complaints.
