Worst service and sub contracting

We logged a call on 30 January to House and Home about our fridge that stopped working on the 02 Janaury 2013, which was still under warranty. On the 02 Feb we received a reference number from Samsung 4130207638 stating the technician would be there the next day. He never showed up. Received a call on Monday evening stating he will be there the next day and will phone me an hour before arriving and I told them not to come after 14:00 again did not arrive. More from the tech for the entire next week. Saturday they call and tell us to unpack the fridge to only tell us that he will not arrive as he has other calls. Today is the 21st day and we are still waiting for a reply from House and Home and Samsung. Warranty and customer service means nothing. Buy cheap at least you can afford to replace that if it stops working.
