My Samsung dishwasher has stopped working. I phoned Hirsch's (the shop where i purchased the laptop). I called them the next to find out whats happening, they gave a reference number only then after waiting on the line at my costs for 10 mins. Then asked why was not given retail number yesterday. was told, I DON'T care shes busy. Spoke to manager told me will call me back, No call. Get an SMS from Samsung that my complaint registered reference number. then get sms to rate their service no one has call me.
When will some one call me its been four days. I must keep calling.
