I placed an online order on the 26.07.2013 and could not locate on the site to say it is a gift delivery. So after order was placed I sent an email to their customer care to date nothing was received from them! Today I follow up and there will be 3 different parcels delivery for this gift order and no one can tell me on the invoice been in the delivery packet! When I said there was to be no invoice in the bag! Also this was booked as a door delivery o got told I must come to a store to collect. Dealing with Truworths is worst that going for density! This is the 2nd issue I have had with Turworths in the last month or so still no feedback on the first incident as well!
