I'd just like to state that Mr Delivery service combined with Pick n Pay online shopping has got the knowledge of customer care. I had an issue with PNP which I logged a separate complaint on Hellopeter
I was contacted this morning by PNP online shopping center who assured my parcel will be sent during the course of today, so not even 1 hour later a delivery van stops at my house and delivers. His words to me was the delivery was booked for 12 - 1 today but due to the bad service you received I decided to bring this order to you 3 hours before schedule. 1 hour after delivery, Mr Delivery's manager calls to ask if the delivery can still take place and I was pleased to tell her that it had already been done, and the gentleman (unfortunately didn't get his name) was pleasant and friendly.
Thank you Mr Delivery... Some companies should take some tips from you
