We have been on debt review for 4.5yrs and somehow because of the npda, our debt review counselors and edcon we have paid edcon toomuch by R7100, now pls explain how that is possible. how does no one at edcon notice that these two accounts hv been overpaid by such a large amount and hv never said anythg til i started jumping up and down and demanding answwrs from our debt counselors.
now i had to write a letter instructing edcon to pay that amount bac to the npda so that we can clear the rest of our debt seen as though none of the 3 mentioned ever did their jobs properly and never bothered to inform any1 of what was happening and about the over payment of such a huge amount, cos we culd hv been finished with debt review if someone at edcon had done their job properly like we were suppose to b fininshed in may 2013 already!
