Total service failure, non-delivery, non-response

On the 8th of Jan 2013 at just before 5am I made my online purchase from iGear, I paid via credit card. I get my receipt and invoice a minute later. After a simple enquiry as to expected delivery time I was sent a copy of the Invoice. I enquired again and on the 10th of Jan I got told that they are closed until the 14th and once they re-open, my order will be shipped as they carry the item in stock. I did pay for overnight Courier service. Monday came and went. On the night of 14th of Jan I enquired if there was any news on my order. The reply I got was "Delivery of this order will be by the end of this week."
Needless to say that since that email from them, there has been no further communication from their side and certainly NO delivery.
I have no idea what their problem is and frankly now, do not care what their problem is. I have demanded a refund, not that I expect to get it.
