MANTI DEFINES WHAT EXCELLENT SERVICE MEANS

Yesterday I got the most incredible service that I just can't keep quiet about. This has to be shared with rest of the World.
On Saturday evening I went to Jenni Button Sandton to get a suit that I saw on display a few weeks ago, when I got there and enquired about the items I found a sales consultant who spoke to me in sign language advising that they didn't have it any more. To my surprise the store manager at Sandton was quick to advise without even asking me in detail that NO STORE / NOT EVEN ONE JENNY BUTTON STORE had that suit. Because I really loved it and didn't want to give up my husband and I decided to try on our own and call all Jenni Button branches in Gauteng and outside of Gauteng.
But this golden lady by the name of Manti at Menlyn who was so determined to make sure that I found what I wanted, she went out of her way to assist us. I must say it was more than just finding the items that I was told they are not available anywhere across the country that pleased me the most, but the phenomenal service that she gave. She treated me like royalty. I must say this goes down in my books as the best service I ever received in this world. She was helpful, determined, p
