During the last week of August I contacted the Jet call centre to inform them that I have lost my Jet cash thank you card which contained loyalty points which had a Rand value. I was informed that I can visit any Jet store with my ID and a new card will be issued to me and my points will be transferred. On the 28th of July I visited the Jet store mall reds, I was informed that this is not possible however the assistant called the call centre herself and was informed that it is possible and provided her with the steps to do so. I stood at the store for roughly an hour with no success, i was informed that the system cannot allow them to process what should be done. The manager confirmed that I will be contacted telephonically regarding my enquiry as soon as they can figure out what to do. I visited the store every week from that day and I got no positive response to date. Yesterday I received a call from the manager informing me that my enquiry has escalated and that she was informed by their enquiries dept. That they will handle my enquiry once they have received a few more card enquiries as they do not handle on enquiry at a time to me this make no sense. And I am disappointed
