I am disgusted to find out that Jenni Button has such a stringent return policy. I bought a shirt at Jenni Button on Saturday, 17 November 2013 and returned it, unworn, with the tag still attached and the full slip presentable on Monday 19 November 2013, only to be told that I cannot get my moeny back AND the store does not issue credit notes.
I walked around the store to find something that I might like to exchange the shirt for and found nothing. I simply took the shirt in another colour, which shirt I simply dont want to have.

I will be sure never to shop in Jenni Button again. I am more so sure to tell me circle never to shop in Jenni Button again and to publicise my disgust at its inflexibilty where ever I can.

I was told by the sales lady that NUMEROUS other customers complain of the same issue. I cannot understand why this has not been addressed by senior management. Lest they not forget that there are plenty of other high end shops out there. I would never step foot in one ever again.
