Debit order not reflecting in Game account

My debit order went off on 20/8. Went to purchase a blender on 22/08 on my account &was told it takes 3 days for a debit order to be processed, went back to Game on 24/08 & was informed by the cashier Lindiwe Mnguni that I have no available credit, I explained to her that my debit order went off & was sent to the supervisor Mildred Maramba who contacted the call centre & made me speak to Bernice who abruptly told me it takes 4 working days to process a debit order. I then spoke to the manager Nombusa Shangase who also contacted the call centre only to give me the same stale sad news that there is absolutely nothing she can do, it's not her fault, she only works for Game. I then spoke to the manager in charge of credit who told me he is going to make sure it gets sorted, he took me to the lady at the credit stand only to be told there's nothing she can do as the call centre is closed. She then told me Games credit policy states it takes 5 to 7 days to process a debit order??? What are you guys doing with the money that it takes such a long time to reflect? I purchased the blender from Makro & will be closing my Game account as its futile doing business with you. You guys are liars.
