Morning treat of manager screaming and swearing

So this morning we had the lovely treat of witnessing who I assume is the manager screaming and swearing at a staff member about boxes. Honestly I could still hear this guy while walking to my car. How is this acceptable? What if I had a child with me? I am so disgusted, and I am very laid back about swearing etc, but the way this was done in front of customers? Shame on you
