Not happy at all

I bought groceries and when I got home I checked my slip I got milk R49 for a six pack which I did not purchase on my bill,

I purchsed a1x 5kg and 2 small 2, 5kgs and on my slip it says I purchased 2 packs of 8 in it so now I need to know if its the scans or human error, also at the door they just cross out the stuff they don't even look properley.
