My brother in law and my sister purchased underwear including vests, socks & panties for my daughters as gifts at the Edgars Claremont store. When arriving home they discovered that one of the vests in one of the "two packs" were missing. The next day I took the incomplete pack of vests to the Vangate Store with the receipt as Claremont is far and is only visited once a month by my brother in law and sister. The Vangate Store Manager refused to replace the vests with what was paid for and advised that it needs to be taken to Claremont. While in the store I contacted customer services and was advised that I will be contacted by one of the stores to advise me, that call never came. The next day I called customer services again and again I was told that I will be contacted by one of the stores (ref 2907130292/GO), two days after my second complaint and still no response, I then called again just before lodging this complaint. I dont see why we should run after Edgars when they were the ones who sold us short.
