I always pay my account and pay more than required. I have not received a statement since MAY 2013. 2 weeks ago you started sending me sms messages demanding payment. I then requested a statement and was send one showing that I owe R345 and it is payable on the 31st of JULY = YES, THE DATE IS STILL COMING
You have since harassed me every day with stupid sms messages DEMANDING immediate payment
You are really useless when it comes to accounts and your staff are incompetent and when I send an email requesting for them to update my details, I get an email stating that I MUST PHONE YOU TO UPDATE DETAILS
GET YOUR SYSTEMS AND STAFF SORTED OUT - YOU ARE REALLY DESPERATE TO GET MONEY 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND THEN START TO HARASS???
