Worst customer care EVER!

Was browsing sale items. Found kids book set - 6 mini books in set. There was 1 book missing. Asked sales lady if they had more sets as one book missing. She literally grabbed it out my hands, she said she must take it to the back. I asked if maybe someone had taken the mini book to the back, she just said no without looking. When paying she was very rude bad attitude. She asked for rewards card, I handed her my boardmans card and asked to charge my account. She started talking in Xhosa to security lady about a boardmans card and I assume it was about me and my card. Lastly she put my receipt on another counter and wanted me to sign except she never said anything. Eventually I asked her should i come to the other counter to sign as she was just ignoring me. I was so angry with the service i went back to see who assisted me only to find it was the branch manager LETICIA. When i got back to my office, my co-worker also complained as she was there earlier for a magazine and the ladies were shouting at each other across the shop floor and also swearing. Both me and my co worker will not shop there anymore as this is not a first time bad experience.
