Yesterday my husband went to fetch a parcel as we received a notice in our post box, when he i gets there the lady behind the counter gives him a parcel meant for someone else. when he say that it is not his, she explains to him that there were many parcels that were the same and that they gave us to someone else by mistake and that we must take the one they gave him. the parcel they gave him and apparently the same as the one meant for us is from a company which we have absolutely no connection to. we receive parcels from Germany and i now concern that this parcel has been given someone else. i require an explanation to where my parcel went.
