Summary: I called 4 times over two days, yet no-one answered the phone. I wrote an email and no-one replied.
At the beginning of September I called to get information on the claim procedure for the value-added policy (dent and scratch repair) that I have with A&G. I tried for two consecutive days.
First I called the "normal" claims department, where I was supposedly transferred to the value added claims department, but the phone just went dead.
I tried again with the number I was given before being transferred, and after reaching the wrong dept again and being transferred, I got nothing.
Next day I looked online for the correct number, which matched the one from the previous day. I called again. First it went dead, the second time it just rang and rang.
Then I wrote an email using their contact us section on their web page, and still have not received a reply.
The reference number I got from that email is 1110249820.
