I had an account with Truworths, which I paid up and cancelled in 2008. I called your call center on 23/05/2008 and was told my account had been cancelled. I remember the date because I cut up the card and it was also the day I was involved in a bad car accident. Now, I am being HARASSED by MBD collections about monies I supposedly owe. I CANCELLED THIS ACCOUNT AND EVERYTHING WAS PAID IN FULL!! WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME? Do not tell me to deal with MBD because they have referred me to you and, I swear, the agents there are a bunch of imbeciles! Please sort this out asap!
