Tried to contact Clicks Greenstone Sat and Sun no answer. Sat I phoned at least 8 X FRM 11 - 17H15 . Sun tried at least four times, nothing. I let the ph ring at least 8 -10 min at a time. Clicks needed to prepare hubby's chronic meds. Did fill in the "Chronic Meds prep reqt" 2 mths ago no luck. I sent someone to collect the meds on Sund aft with a new script with hubby's name on together with a letter - this is MY HUSBAND'S CHRONIC MEDS and included Clicks card and ph number. Today I got e-mail from Discovery about recent claims and guess what - the meds was issued on MY NAME and taken from my MSA and not the chronic meds of my husband. That is illegal nevermind the incompetency. MAKHAKYA AND MOSES GAMBIZA THIS IS DISRESPECTUL.!
Phoned Greenstone at 11 asked for the pharm it rang a while - 4 mins and ph picked up and put down Ph again and made some noise then they made sure that the pharm aswer the ph.was helped by Penny (who was apologetic and said she will sort it out asap. Phoned at 12 again and phone rang long time was picked up and I asked is this Clicks - person says YES AND THE PHONE GOES DEAD (TRANSFERRED?) Had to ph again. TOO MUCH AGGRAVATION AND AIRTIME WASTED!!!
