Around 18 months ago, we bought a battery for our cressida, paying around R600 for it. Suddenly the battery is dead. Although I am aware that the guarantee is only 12 months, I find it totally unacceptable that such an expensive product, only lasts 18 months. Is it deliberately to force people to buy one every year? Only outlasting its guarantee?
