Bad milk and poor quality school shoes

I've bought three batches of 3litre Ayshire milk. They've all gone sour long before their expiry dates. The latest batch I bought smelled bad the minute I opened it, and is only supposed to expire in a week.

Also, the school shoes I bought for my daughter in January are already damaged because the Velcro stopped sticking. I thought this may have been her negligence but I see her friend's shoes have the same problem. They're both Walkmates and are supposed to be good quality.

You buy from Woolworths and pay a premium because you expect good quality. I'm really disappointed.
