We bought a Aro Urn 8 LT for our company on the 16.11.2012, on the 9th of January we had to take it back because it was faulty. we olny received it back on the 29th of January. On the 21st of June we had to take it back again for repairs. after numerous of phone calls we finally received it back the 12th of July.
Only to find that the unit given back to us is not ours. we phoned them and was told to bring back the incorrect unit and wait until they can locate ours. we had to use this older unit given to us in meantime, so this morning when we wanted to switch it on it was broken again.
The lights shows that it is working, but it is not heating. We are fedup with this and want our money back for this unit!!
