Hi
i walked into shoprite in voortrekker road at 17:50 last week for electricity and stamps. there were 4 or 5 people ahead of me.the cashier was struggling with someone who was purchasing a bus ticket.i understand how complicated the bus ticket purchases can be so i had no issues having waited for about 30 mins.what me off was when the manager (i think she was the manager) eventually came to ask if she needed assistance, they ended up having a heated argument right infront of the customers. What added fire to my fury was that when i got to the cashier and asked for stamps, she said she does not have enough stamps in her book and that it's too late to get another book from the manager's office will not be possible because its past their closing time.all of this after i waited 30 minutes to be helped.shoprite is not cheaper than their competitors anymore so add service to that is appaulling.
