Since January 2013 I invested R10000.00 into shoprite stamps to use for our December shopping. The stamp booklets clearly state that you can pay third party accounts like TV-License or Multichoice but I was made a fool and showed off that its not possible to do such. payments. One of the reasons I invested is that I could pay accounts but now 'am stranded.
