WRONG WARRANTY INFORMATION GIVEN

I went to festival mall I explained to them what carnival said and they lady at customer service said that they can't help me she said they can do nothing because it out of warranty I when told her that when I bought the ps3 it comes with a 2 year warranty she said she is calling the manager (Hilda Mooka) so Hilda takes her own sweet time to come to customer service she walks in with her face pulled up does not hear what I have to say and just start with NO NO my people would not have told you that and we Know our warranties we can't help you let me call the salesperson (Tshepo Manyathela) she too has to be called two times before she makes her way to the front they ask her if she told us that the ps3 comes with a two year warranty of course she is going to say NO she says she clearly remembers telling me it comes with a one year warranty so I ask what are they going to do the manager (Hilda Mooka) nothing we can do we must phone the agent and you will have to pay for it to be exchanged. I am not will to pay for my console to be exchanged when I know I asked about the warranty and was told it had a two year warranty when I bought my ps3 which I paid R3400 fo
