I am most concerned that my credit limit has been increased without my permission. I have twice been asked whether I would like it to be increased, and I have declined. To find that it had was disappointing. I believe this practice is unethical and not in the spirit of the National Credit Act. I find it difficult to believe that Edgars does not know this. Furthermore, it is poor on the part of a national retailer not to respond to a mail I sent via their website.
