I am highly upset with the service received by the Foschini group finance department.
Since day one before evening signing to open an account with them, I have made an agreement that I will not be making payments for the month 1 and 2, but will settle the entire account end of month 3. I was told this will be fine, and American Swiss (which is part of the group) agreed to this arrangement.
All of a sudden I start getting calls about my account being in arrears. Luckily the agent listened to my story and agreed this is fine, and made a note on the system of it.
But to my utter disappointment they called me again... so here comes the actual complaint.
Every agent there after (3 of them) INCLUDIGIN their supervisor told me blatantly that they cannot do anything about it, I will be called every single day to be told I am in arrears, even though I made this arrangement. They refuse to escalate this and do something about it. HOW IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??? this is harassment!!! To make matters worse, I was informed that these are SHARED CALLS! I am paying to be harassed???!!! you have to be kidding me! do I file for an harassment suite? I sure feel like it.
